Fingal Coal Retort - The EPA together with Break O'Day Council recently approved a Coal Devolatising Plant at Fingal in North East Tasmania. It is the first such plant in Tasmania and TCP was involved with the preparation and documentation, community briefing and environmental documentation for its approval.

Springfield - Unit Development (13 units) recently approved by Glenorchy City Council.

Burnie - 12 Unit Development, recently approved by Burnie City Council.

Tinderbox/Blackmans Bay Rezoning - Tasmanian Planning Commission grants a permit for rezoning and subdivision of 59 new residential lots, access roads, and public open space. Click here for layout plan.

Resource Management Planning Appeal Tribunal - approval of supported residential accommodation for 22 single bedroom independent living units and 25 studio units with associated parking, common areas and facilities. The supported housing development is to be targeted towards the homeless of Hobart and will be administered by Housing Tasmania through a non-for-profit community organisation.

Cradoc Pizza Shop - New local shop in Cradoc. Wood fired pizzas made on site with fresh local ingredients a speciality. Planning and Design undertaken by Town and Country Planning, approved by Huon Valley Council and recently opened.
